Feaman's Visuals

On our many trips down to Sparta,Illinois, the ancestral home of Gary's father, William Feaman, our favorite stop on the way back home to St. Louis, Missouri was Eckert's in Belleville, Illinois.

What is Eckert's? It's become an institution in the southwest part of Illinois--an amazing country store stocked with incredible delights, a community gathering place with music and friendly talk, an eating place that serves up food like Grandma did, a bed of local historical information. One trip is never enough. Generations have made Eckert's a part of family tradition.
